AXIS Brokerage SMS Notifications

The AXIS Brokerage SMS Notifications program is operated by AXIS Brokerage. Enrollment is voluntary. The program sends recurring informational and transactional messages involving accounts, onboarding, appointments, brokerage events, meetings, training sessions, orientations, event registrations, document and task reminders, operational announcements, registration confirmations, customer-care or support conversations, and schedule or venue changes. It does not enroll recipients in promotional or marketing messages.

To opt in on the website, actively check the consent box and submit the SMS opt-in form. To opt in by text, send JOIN or SUBSCRIBE to the AXIS Brokerage toll-free number shown on that page. If you previously opted out, send START or UNSTOP to restore consent; JOIN or SUBSCRIBE alone may not remove a carrier or Twilio block.

AXIS Brokerage may update, suspend, or discontinue the messaging program at any time. A request to stop SMS messages does not prevent AXIS Brokerage from contacting you through other channels when permitted and appropriate.
